1 Cup Sabudana - Easy Breakfast Recipe Healthy Breakfast Recipe | Dinner Recipe | Sabudana Roti
Ingredients:
Sabudana (sago) – 1 cup
Boiled potatoes – 2 medium (or 1 cup, mashed)
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Carrot – 2 tbsp, grated
Dill leaves – 4 tbsp, chopped
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, chopped
Salt – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
Ginger – ½ inch, grated
Green chilli – 1, finely chopped
Oil – 2 tsp (1 tsp for mixing, 1 tsp for kneading)
All-purpose flour – as needed (for rolling)
Ghee – for roasting
