Boneless cubes fish 500g ms


Marinate fish cubes with:

.salt
.red chili powder
.garlic
.lemon
.white chili
.corn starch flour
.vegetables oil


Garlic, chopped cloves, 2ts,
.green chili, finely sliced 1
.spring onions chopped 2
.onions - 1 small white onion
.green pepper bell


sauce mix:
.tomatoe sauce 2tbsp
.Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
.soya sauce 2 tbsp
.vinegar 1tsp
.oil tsp


cornflour slurry_ 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp of water .
