Here's a simple recipe for wheat bread that doesn't use sugar, eggs, or maida (all-purpose flour):

Ingredients:
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or any vegetable oil)
- 3cups water

Instructions:


1.**Mix the Dry Ingredients:**
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt.

3. *Combine Ingredients:*
- Add oil to flour mixture. Stir until the dough starts to come together. If the dough is too dry, add more water, a little at a time, until the dough is soft and slightly sticky.

4. *Knead the Dough:*
- Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.

5. *First Rise:*
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.

6. *Shape the Bread:*
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air. Shape it into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.

7. *Second Rise:*
- Cover the loaf pan with a cloth and let the dough rise again for about 60 minutes, or until it has risen slightly above the edges of the pan.

8. *Bake the Bread:*
- Preheat your oven to (180°C). Bake the bread for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.

9. *Cool and Serve:*
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

This bread is great for sandwiches, toast, or just enjoying with some butter or jam.
