Healthy Besan snack| Healthy Snack Recipe | Baked Snacks | Baked Crackers | Baked Besan Crackers | Crispy Snack Recipe

Ingredients:-
25 gm oil
50 gm besan (gram flour)
50 gm wheat flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ajwain/carom seeds
1 tablespoon kasoori methi(dried fenugreek)
salt
turmeric
water to knead the dough

Baking temp :- 180 degree Celsius

Method:-
Take besan , wheat flour and baking powder. Then add the oil to it. Mix it nicely for 3-4 minutes until the lumps can be formed. Then add salt, turmeric, ajwain and kasoori methi.
Use water to make a dough. Don't use too much water while making the dough. The dough should be very smooth and easy to roll out.
Divide it into two portions and make small balls out of the dough .
Then roll them out to make the rounds( It should be thin for crackers to turn out super crispy).
Now slice it vertically and diagonally to form the crackers.
Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius and Bake the Crackers for 12 minutes.
Serve when cool down.
Add butter paper to the baking tray and apply butter in a tray and keep the cookies.
Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius and bake for 10-12 minutes untill cookies are lightly brown.
Serve when cool down.
