In this video, I’m building a compact yet powerful PC inside the CHIEFTEC The Cube CI-03B-OP. This cube-style case focuses on small dimensions while still supporting high-end components, which makes the build process more interesting and requires careful planning. The design of it is inspired by a subwoofer, which is clearly reflected in its shape and overall industrial aesthetic

The system is powered by the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, a processor designed for high gaming performance thanks to its 3D V-Cache. It is installed on the AM5 platform and is well suited for both gaming and demanding workloads, especially in CPU-heavy scenarios.

For the motherboard, I’m using the Sapphire NITRO+ B850M WIFI. It supports DDR5 memory, PCIe connectivity, and built-in Wi-Fi. The board fits perfectly into the compact case and provides stable power delivery for the X3D processor.

CPU cooling is handled by the CHIEFTEC Iceberg 240 CLC-240-RGB. This 240 mm AIO liquid cooler fits cleanly inside the case and is mounted without modifications. During the build, special attention is paid to tube routing and clearance around the memory and VRM area.

The system is equipped with XPG Lancer Blade DDR5 64GB (2×32GB) 6000 MHz. This memory configuration offers plenty of capacity for modern games, multitasking, and content creation, while the low-profile design helps avoid clearance issues with the liquid cooler.

For graphics, I’m using the ASUS Prime GeForce RTX 5070 OC (SFF-Ready). Its compact design makes it well suited for small-form-factor cases, while still delivering strong performance in modern games and GPU-intensive tasks. Installation inside the Cube case is straightforward, with no interference from the radiator or power cables.

Storage is handled by the Samsung 990 EVO Plus 2TB NVMe SSD. It’s installed directly on the motherboard and provides fast boot times, quick game loading, and enough space for a large library of games and projects.

Power is supplied by the CHIEFTEC VEGA M 750W. This power supply offers enough headroom for the RTX 5070 and Ryzen 7 setup, while its cable layout allows for clean routing inside the compact enclosure.

The build is finished with careful cable management, followed by the first system startup, BIOS check, and initial temperature testing to ensure everything is working as expected.
