Time for an OG ATB! We are punching, lifting, jumping, and working that upper body.

Grab a set of medium to strong dumbbells, optional jump rope, light hand weights, and bench. I'll be taking you through three total rounds. Get ready for 3-minute boxing drills and three sets of 1-minute isometric and unilateral upper body strength training. Enjoy a bonus 45-second jump rope or boxing finisher to empty the B&B tank.

FYI - the bench is optional, and you can efficiently perform the exercise on the ground.
