Our friend told us after 1 year of living here:
“Le Havre is not as beautiful as other Normandy’s cities”.
I will not be against this statement, but this city is actually charming in its own way.
In this city, we could leave our stress behind, enjoyed the windy but fresh air while looking at the white clouds and blue sky. We also enjoyed fresh seafood (not the one that we can have in Vietnam, but definitely good) while exploring the very random yet interesting street arts.
