食譜:
蛋糕粉 100g
班蘭粉 10g
泡打粉 3g
牛油 50g (室溫)
糖 50g
蛋 1隻 (室溫)
牛奶 50g (室溫)
芝士粉、椰絲 適量

做法:
蛋糕粉、班蘭粉、泡打粉混合備用
牛油打鬆加入糖拌勻
加入蛋拌勻
加入牛奶拌勻
粉類分兩次加入拌勻成蛋糕糊
倒入模具
放上芝士粉、椰絲

放入預熱200度焗爐20分鐘

Cake Flour 100g
Pandan Powder 10g
Baking powder 3g
Butter 50g (room temperature)
sugar 50g
1 egg (room temperature)
50g milk (room temperature)
Cheese powder, shredded coconut

practice:
Mix cake flour, pandan powder, and baking powder
Cream butter, add sugar and mix well
Add eggs and mix well
Add milk and mix well
Add the flour in two batches and mix to form a cake batter
pour into mold
Add cheese powder and shredded coconut

Put it in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes
