Leaving the town of Smiths Falls for an impromptu overnight stay at Poonamalie lock, we then head for a 3 night stay at the Perth Beveridge locks.

From there, we use the dinghy for a 10 km (6 mile) trek to the quaint town of Perth, delighting us!

My wife has to go back home by bus for a week to assist our daughter for her school-related excursion departure to Africa, and to bring our son to lovely Sandbanks, Ontario for a few days of swimming.

Nothing to repair this time!
