主要原料:
包豬裡肌
佐料和配菜

製作過程: 
用涼水浸泡馬鈴薯澱粉
調味汁:白糖,白醋,香醋,鹽
蔥薑切細絲
豬裡肌切片兒, 拍扁
將泡澱粉的上清液倒出後,加一個蛋白和一匙油抓勻肉片
鍋中油燒至375度,一片一片下入肉片炸至定型後撈出
油溫燒至高溫後復炸至脆
鍋中放少許油,下入蔥薑絲,倒入料汁後,燒至起泡翻滾後倒入炸脆的肉片,翻炒,盡量讓每片肉都沾上料汁後出鍋

Cooking Process:
Soak potato starch with cold water
Sauce: sugar, white vinegar, balsamic vinegar, and salt

Slice pork tenderloin, smash each piece

Heat the oil again to high temperature and fry the meat slices again until crispy.
Put a little oil in the pot, add onion and ginger slices, pour in the sauce, cook until it bubbles and become thick, then add the crispy meat slices, stir-fry, make every meat piece be wrapped with the sauce, and then take it out.
