How to Make a Collapsible Punching Cradle

Punching cradles are used to punch the sewing stations/holes in signatures or gatherings when sewing a book. This is an ideal punching cradle as it allows for precise punching of sewing stations, while also being fully collapsible. Supplies and tools needed:
Supplies -
- Binder's board, mat board, or card board
- Bookcloth or buckram
- PVA

Tools -
-Brush for PVA
- Utility knife or box cutter
- Teflon folder or bonefolder
- Straightedge with metal edge for cutting
- Ruler
- Pencil
- Eraser
- Weights (optional)
- Triangle or right angle tool
