Mr. Putra sent us a brand-new Mini Cooper F57, equipped with the John Cooper Works (JCW) package, directly from the dealership for an exciting transformation. The goal was to install an entire brand-new carbon fiber kit from Duell AG Japan, a prestigious brand known for its high-quality automotive parts. All components were carefully sourced directly from Japan, and we began the modification process by installing the front extra cooling bonnet, designed to enhance airflow and reduce engine temperatures.
Additionally, we fitted the car with a sleek, performance-enhancing front lip that includes a rubber section to reduce underbody aero drag, optimizing the car's handling. On the sides, we added carbon fiber side skirts, which complement the dynamic look, while the rear of the car received a carbon fiber rear diffuser and a rear trunk spoiler, all from Duell AG, enhancing both aesthetics and aerodynamics.
For performance upgrades, we installed a Remus cat-back exhaust system paired with an Armytrix catless downpipe, which significantly improves engine sound and exhaust flow. To further increase the car’s intake efficiency, we added an Eventuri full carbon fiber intake system, designed to boost engine performance. In addition, we completed the performance revamp by installing the Burger Tuning JB4 piggyback system, which optimizes the car's power delivery and overall driving experience.
The entire modification process, which involved transforming both the exterior and the performance of the car, was completed in just one night—an incredible turnaround time for such an extensive upgrade. Inside, we installed Duell AG carbon fiber parts, maintaining the car's performance-focused aesthetic. To monitor critical systems like turbo boost and cooling, we integrated the high-tech Defi gauges with a frog kit from Duell AG.
The finishing touch was the installation of custom carbon fiber seats, crafted with a combination of suede and leather, featuring yellow stitching that perfectly matches the car’s exterior color scheme. This transformation turned the Mini Cooper F57 into a stunning, fully modified vehicle that blends style, performance, and precision engineering.
