Chitrakote Waterfalls is so famous that people from all over the world visit Chhattisgarh to see this important tourist location.

Chitrakote is located at a distance of 40 km from Jagdalpur ( District headquarter town of Bastar district)

Following are the activities we did as part of this tour

Stay accomodation - we stayed at Dandami resort at Chitrakote which is at a distance of only 300 meters from the Chitrakote falls.

River confluence - we saw confluence of Indravati and Narangi river near Chitrakote falls.

Traditional food lunch near Narayanpal temple - Papite ki sabji, Lal Bhaji and Aamat. Here they charge Rs 50 per dish.

9691036667 - Dhanuje - we had lunch at his home, located at a distance of 400 meter from Narayanpal vishnu temple.

Naryanpal Visnu temple visit - we visited this 1000 year old temple, saw its architecture and our visit was really memorable.

Salfi and chind tree - we saw this tree for the first time and tasted salfi, which is local beer of Bastar district.

After this we ended our day at Dandami Luxury Resort.
