This Yamaha FZ6 had an ignition problem where when the key turned to "on" the fuel pump wouldn't work but the starter would work. "Error 53" sometimes would show up in the LCD when the cluch was pressed and an LED would blink 5 long times and then 3 short ones. Problem was a cut cable ~5cm from the immobilizer. At first it couldn't be seen as the insulation was OK at the outside but the copper in the inside was apparently cut. It is a yellow one. Hope my vid was helpful to you :)
