SphereTEC describes the manufacturing process for spherical, pre-polymerised fillers which produce outstanding handling properties: the spherical fillers ensure easy extrusion from Compules® Tips and excellent adaptation to the cavity surfaces.

The mixture of spherical and smaller filler particles selectively stops the flow of material when no external force is applied, producing high slump resistance – with simultaneous, ideal sculptability.

SphereTEC provides yet another advantage: the microstructured surfaces of the particles bind more free resin than conventional fillers, resulting in a material which does not stick to the hand instrument and, thus, is easy to handle.
