The reputation of the MAN Enviro 300 hasn't been the best, with them being commonly known for their poor reliability. Most areas have either scrapped them, used them as trainers, reengined them with cummins engines, or they've been converted into non PSV use. Here at South Yorkshire, we've been repairing them at MAN and tried to keep as many going as possible.

Here i show you, Stagecoachs eldest MAN 18.240LF Alexander Dennis Enviro 300, 22544 YN57 MXL. While it's always been a good bus, it fell ill in December 2021 and went for repairs away at MAN Sheffield. You may have seen a few videos I put up of it months back, but this time without a boost leak and a better presented video.
The other 57 plate at Barnsley is 22559 YN57 MYC, which is as reliable as this one, doesn't really break down much. I recorded a video of it Saturday, which will be out on the channel at some point.

The first of the e300s to be withdrawn at Stagecoach Yorkshire were 22535, 22540, and 22542. Later on, due to the driver strikes that happened in 2021, it led to the withdrawal of the majority of the 57 plates at Rawmarsh. The last one standing there is 22557 YN57 MYA.

Chesterfields 22555 YN57 MXY is now the last of the 57 plates there, which is quite lucky as 22613s withdrawal brought it back onto the road. It isn't long till the Chesterfield examples are being withdrawn. However, there are 9 still in use at the moment. 22647 YN58 CEY and 22633 YN08 JFV have just been MOT'D there.

It's took me a while to get this out, but hopefully been worth the wait.
