𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:

👉 1-year placement as Engineer Trainee, followed by a 3-year fixed term employment as Assistant Manager (IL6) upon successful completion of training.

𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:

1) A monthly stipend of ₹30,000.
2) Medi-Claim coverage for hospitalization up to ₹2,50,000 per year and OPD coverage of ₹6,000 per year.
3) Upon successful completion of training, a CTC of INR 6.24 lacs per year, along with other benefits and perks.
