NIA Arrests ISIS Sympathiser in Delhi, Terror Module Busted | India Today News

The National Investigation Agency has arrested Rizwan, a wanted ISI sympathiser and terrorist, from Delhi. Rizwan, who had a Rs. 3 lakh reward on his head, was involved in the Pune ISI module. He was reportedly conducting reconnaissance of VVIP areas in Delhi and Mumbai. The Delhi Police Special Cell and Central Agencies are interrogating him.
