Ingredients-

Dal Makhni-
1 Cup Urad Dal
1/4 Cup Kidney Beans
2 tbsp Chana Dal
Salt to Taste
2 tsp Deggi Mirch Powder
2 tbsp Oil
2 Cloves
1 Black Cardamom
1 Bay Leaf
4 Tomato
1 green Chilli
1 inch Ginger
3 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 pinch asafoetida
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Some Coriander Leaves
2 tbsp Cream



Paneer Makhni-
1 tbsp Watermelon Seeds
1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
10 Cashews
250g Paneer
Salt to Taste
1/4 tsp + 1 tbsp Deggi Mirch Powder
3/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Green Chilli
Coriander Stems
1/2 Capsicum
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Bay Leaf
1 Cinnamon
4-5 Black Pepper
2 Cardamom
1 Clove
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
1/3 Cup Curd
Some Coriander Leaves
2-3 tbsp Oil + Oil For Frying Paneer
