May 31st is World No Tobacco Day. Each year, the World Health Organization (WHO) sponsors this awareness day to highlight the health risks of using tobacco and to encourage governments to put policies into action that help to reduce smoking and the use of other tobacco products.

In this week's video we discuss options you have for taking your mind off of cravings. What makes sense for your plan to reduce your tobacco use? Strategies like exercising, keeping your hands busy or rewarding yourself for reaching milestones could help you along in your journey to a tobacco free life! What options are you considering for your quit or reduction plan?
