We boarded along with the car from France in a train that comes through a tunnel under the sea to London. We didn't have any difficulties traveling under sea these many kilometers. We were surprised to see the Engineering skills there. I wish we had such facilities from India to Sri Lanka and back.

ഫ്രാൻസിൽ നിന്നും കാർ ട്രെയിനിൽ കയറ്റി കടലിനടിയിലൂടെയുള്ള തുരങ്കപാത വഴിയാണ് ഞങ്ങൾ ലണ്ടനിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങിയത്. ഇത്രയും കിലോമീറ്റർ ദൂരം കടലിനടിയിലൂടെ യാതൊരുവിധ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകളും കൂടാതെ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് താണ്ടുവാൻ സാധിച്ചു. അവരുടെ ആ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് വൈഭവം ശരിക്കും അമ്പരപ്പിച്ചു കളഞ്ഞു. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ നിന്നും ശ്രീലങ്കയിലേക്ക് ഇതുപോലുള്ള യാത്രാ മാർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ വളരെയേറെ നന്നായേനെയെന്ന് ആഗ്രഹിച്ചുപോയി.
