Zach LaVine Injury UPDATE

Billy Donovan was interviewed before the Bulls game vs the Boston Celtics. He talked about former Celtic Daniel Theis, fighting for the playoffs, and gave an injury update on Zach LaVine.
Theis was dealt from the Celtics to the Bulls at the trade deadline this year. Donovan was asked about how good Theis is and what he does best on the floor. “He’s a very good communicator,” he stated. “He’s really good at orchestrating and putting out fires with his talk”
Donovan also spoke about how important it is for the team to make the playoffs this season. “I think anytime you can get to the postseason it’s always helpful,” he said. “That’s what our guys are fighting for.”
Zach LaVine was recently announced as out due to the league’s health and safety protocols. Donovan gave an update on how he’s doing. “He’s extremely bored right now,” he said. “He’s obviously going to be out today and obviously for this road trip… [there’s] no timetable” for his return.
