Ingredients:

For Chicken Malai Boti Filling:

1 Kg Boneless Chicken (small cubes)
1.5 tbsp Crushed Garam Masala
1 tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Black Pepper
1.5 tsp Crushed Coriander
1.5 tsp Roasted Crushed Cumin
1 tbsp Crushed Red Chili
2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 tbsp Chicken Powder
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
100 ml (1/2 cup) Cream
2 tbsp Oil (for cooking)
1/2 cup Mayonnaise

For Roll Wrapping:
Roll Manda (spring roll sheets)
All-Purpose Flour + Water (for sealing the rolls)

For Roll Coating:
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
Water (as needed)
Bread Crumbs

Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken Malai Boti Filling:

Heat oil in a pan, add chicken cubes, and cook on medium flame.
Add garam masala, white pepper, black pepper, crushed coriander, roasted cumin, red chili, salt, chicken powder, and ginger garlic paste.
Cover and cook until chicken is tender.
Remove the lid, dry out any excess water, and give a charcoal smoke effect by placing a hot charcoal piece in the pan, adding a few drops of oil, and covering for 1 minute.
Once cooled, mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise into the chicken mixture and set aside.

Prepare the Rolls:

Place a spoonful of chicken malai boti filling on the roll manda sheet.
Fold and roll tightly, sealing the edges using a paste of all-purpose flour and water.

Coat the Rolls:

In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, salt, and water to make a smooth batter.
Dip each roll into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.

Freezing Option:

Place the coated rolls in an airtight container or freezer bag.
Freeze for up to 1 month.

Frying:

When ready to cook, heat oil on medium flame and fry the rolls until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot!
