Foxtail MILLET- 1 Cup
Urad Dal - 1/2 Cup
Fenugreek - 1 tsp
Sago- 1/2 Cup
white aval- 1/2 Cup

Coconut oil - 1 tbs
Chana dal- 1 tbs
Urad dal- 1/2 tbs
green chillies- 2 nos
ginger- 2 Small Pieces
Garlic- 6 Flakes
Tamarind - Small Pieces
Small onion- 15 - 20 nos
Salt ( according to taste )
Curry Leaves
Coriander leaves
Mint Leaves
Grated coconut- 5 tbs
Coconut oil- 2 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal- 2 tsp
MOONG DAL- 1 tbs
Dry red chillies- 3 nos
