Just when you think you can relax and explore what looks like an empty box someone has to come along and grab you out of thin air!

This kitten, who had not been long rescued, was exploring her new house and its surroundings when she jumped on a stack of plastic boxes showing off her amazing balancing skills. As she navigated round the edge little did we realise that the Monster, aka Monty, was lying in wait, ready to pounce.

After being snatched into Monty’s lair, she was then trapped until the giant Maine Coon let her go…until he then jumped back in to terrify her some more…but then it seemed they made up as later on Monty was licking her head in affection.

I guess this is Monty’s way of introducing his new sister to the new neighborhood. Oh, and the third cat keeping out of trouble is called Clyde. A bi older than Bonnie, he was also a rescue cat and arrived at the same time as the kitten but he knew to stay out of the way of the orange furball.
