If you are a retired employee in Pakistan and want to register your email on PIFRA to receive your online pension slip, follow these steps:

1. Go to the PIFRA website.

2. Click on the "Pensioner Registration Form" button.

3. Fill out the registration form with your personal details, including your full name, CNIC number, and email address.

4. Enter your pensioner ID, which is provided by the pension disbursing agency.

5. Enter your bank account number and select your bank name from the dropdown menu.

6. Once you have filled out the form, click on the "Submit" button.

7. You will receive a confirmation email from PIFRA with a registration token.

8. Go back to the PIFRA website and click on the "Pension Slip" button.

9. Enter your pensioner ID and the registration token you received in your email.

10. Click on the "Submit" button.

11. You will be directed to a page where you can view and download your pension slip.

To receive your pension slip in your email, make sure you enter a valid email address when registering for PIFRA online pension slip. Once you have registered and logged in to the PIFRA website, you can select the "Email pension slip" option to have your pension slip sent to your email address automatically every month.
