Dragon Quest XI - Ultimate Superboss: TIMEWYRM (Switch) - Easy Method

SPOILERS!

This is the hardest enemy in the game and has not been available prior to the Nintendo Switch version. Timewyrm is an optional super-boss that you do not face during the main campaign.

Veronica and Serena have 999 MP because Magic Burst and Mighty Magic Burst damage are affected by how much MP is used. These attacks are therefore at their maximum power in this video. If you attempt this with lesser MP for Veronica and Serena this will take longer. Other than that there's been no seed farming.

Credit to the OhRichard channel (linked to below) for posting this fight so early! I simplified that method a bit using pep pops instead of pep pips, no expense spared! The video would be quicker but I show more detail before and after the fight and also the full animations of the first occurrences of each pep power during it. I thought I'd also wear different exlusive Switch gear to spice things up a bit.

The other difference in method is the build; 2 Catholicon Rings equipped per character for 100% protection against the common status effects, so this is a pretty tidy run.

The basic strategy is spamming Veronica's Magic Burst and keeping Yggdrasil's Blessing up for immunity, letting rip with a few Gigabursts whenever the party isn't busy feeding Veronica MP and such. Though I said it's an easy method it is also an expensive one given pep pops are 200K a pop!
