All my life I've been an analytical, logical, "thinker." The terms "feelings" and "emotions" weren't even part of my vocabulary.

But the more I tried to think through all my problems, the more I realized, it wasn't helping me in the moment.

The problem was, I was trying to think may way out of "feeling" problems. These require a different toolset than analyzing.

Over the last year, my most impactful and biggest learnings have actually come from leveraging my emotions.

Today I'm sharing two of the tools I've learned and been using, the Emotional Alchemy Process, and using feelings to achieve goals faster.
