Start by drawing a circle for the main body of the apple.

Add a small, curved line at the top of the circle to create the stem.

Draw a leaf shape on top of the stem.

Add some shading to the leaf to give it a more realistic look. Use short, curved lines to create the veins.

Add shading to the apple as well, to give it a three-dimensional appearance. Start by shading in the area closest to the stem, and gradually lighten the shading as you move towards the bottom of the apple.

Use a darker shade to create a shadow on the opposite side of the apple.

Add some texture to the apple by drawing small, irregular shapes to represent bumps and imperfections.

Finally, add some highlights to the apple to give it a shiny appearance. Use a white pencil or marker to create small, curved lines in the areas where the light would hit the apple.
