As of version 1.21 fire aspect applies to sweeping attacks, you can place the armor stand in water if you wish to use a fire aspect sword — but the farm is one hit and you can use any sword. https://imgur.com/a/qaboNW4

As of 1.21.4 armor stands in water burn, but you can use lava instead. Just be sure that there is nothing flammable (surround the composter) and double check you have teleport-proofed any additions
