We found a new chicken rice gem in Ang Mo Kio!

There’s a new chicken rice stall to check out in Ang Mo Kio, and it’s 铭鸡饭 - Ming Chicken Rice!

Located at Blk 260 AMK St 21, Ming Chicken Rice is run by an ex restaurant chef and what we really love is their steamed chicken rice, where the rice is supremely fragrant, thanks to the generous amount of aromatics that go into it, and the succulent, juicy chicken.

But, there’s also a secret dish you MUST try if you’re there. Their Signature Noodles are no ordinary mee, and are actually ***** (watch the video to find out what), which are tossed in a savoury sauce perfumed with fried scallions and topped with chicken and molten egg.
