The History Of Rain - Mortal Kombat 1 Edition

And welcome back to another 'History Of' video!
With us having covered the Lin Kuei, I thought that It was about time we turned gaze to that of the edenians, starting off with arguably my favourite amongst them, the bastard child of argus and former demi god enforcer of Shao Kahn, Rain!

Now Rain himself Is a particularly interesting study case In the MK mythoes, as a lot changes and Is altered from timeline to timelines, In some cases adding to what he’s brings to the narrative, or currently what Is taken away.

As Rain himself has always been a peculiar case, as despite his popularity he’s not actually featured In that many main line games, with Mortal Kombat 1 actually being the third time he’s actually appeared in the base roster of a game, so his appearances have been few and far between with every version of him we meet being slightly different and slightly tweaked In minor subtle ways.

So what has become of him now?
