Today’s video is all about a fun and memorable cooking experience at home! 👩‍🍳💚

I tried making bajji for the very first time at home, and what makes this bajji truly unique is the main ingredient – Bachali Aaku (also known as Malabar Spinach / Chinese Spinach). 🥬✨

Usually, we cook Bachali Aaku with Pappu (dal), but this time I decided to experiment and make bajji with the small tender leaves. It turned out to be a funny and unforgettable experience. 😄

I have to admit – it didn’t go as planned! 🙈 The reason is that I made a mistake with the batter. I prepared it too thin and watery, which is not ideal for bajjis. If the batter had been a bit thicker, the bajjis would have turned out crispy and perfect. 🍛

Even though it didn’t succeed this time, I learned a lot from this attempt. Next time, I’ll prepare the batter correctly and make sure to share a better version of this unique bajji with all of you. 🙌💞
