Ingredients:
Flax seeds-100g, 3/4 cup, 3.5 oz
Pumpkin seeds-100g, 2/3 cup, 3.5 oz
Sunflower seeds-100g, 2/3 cup, 3.5 oz
Chia seeds-50g, 1/4 cup, 1.75 oz
Hemp hearts-50g, 1/3 cup, 1.75 oz
White sesame seeds- 30g, 1/4 cup, 1.05 oz
Olive oil- 25ml, 1/8 cup, 0.85 oz
Mixed herbs- 1 tbsp, 3g
Pink salt- to taste

methods:
1-Soak Flax Seeds
Mix flax seeds with hot water. Let sit 15–20 mins until thick and sticky.
2-Add Seeds & Herbs
Add chia, pumpkin, sunflower, hemp, sesame seeds.
Mix in dried herbs and optional spices.
3-Add Olive Oil & Salt
Drizzle olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Mix well until everything sticks together.
4-Shape & Score
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Spread mixture thinly on a lined tray.
Lightly score into cracker shapes.
5-Bake
Bake 20 mins at 180°C, then 15 mins at 150°C.
