This Sailor Bob "condensed retrospective" was edited in 1998. It was only shown once, just before Bob Griggs was presented with The Richmond Broadcasters Hall of Fame Lifetime Achievement Award. In it you'll see a kinescope clip, some puppet interaction, a little bit of drawing, and some pretty impressive production values for local television shot "in-studio". We were given a limit of 5 minutes, and it ran over just a bit. I hope you don't mind.
