GP Transco trucking review | Company driver pay

My 4 years of review of GP Transco as a OTR company driver and motivational speech. Despite the market conditions, company drivers can still earn good money if they work hard. The market should improve in the industry towards the end of the year. Remember to stay positive and healthy on the road and stay focused. GP Transco has been growing but the company has maintained its core values of providing good service to it's customers and respect and high pay for it's drivers. They are selective in their hiring process. Owner operators have struggled the most during this difficult market.

Many drivers have been frustrated in the industry due to lack of miles and reduced pay. However it's still possible to persevere during these tough times.

Drivers have been making more short hauls and I've been averaging 4-5 loads per week mostly in the Midwest area. Try to use your time wisely at shippers and receivers by taking rest and exercising.
