Ealing Summer Open 2025 – Full Day Highlights

📍 Perivale Athletics Track, Ealing

From early-morning setup to the final medal ceremony, the Ealing Summer Open 2025 was a true celebration of strength, learning, and community.

🔧 Setups:
Our amazing volunteers transformed the venue into a professional competition arena. From building the platform and arranging warm-up areas to setting up the referee lights, scoreboard, and music – every detail was ready for the big day thanks to the teamwork of our crew.

🏋️‍♀️ Women’s Session:
Even with four lifters missing from the starting list, new female lifters stepped up for their first competition experience, learning how to compete with confidence. Others pushed for English Championship qualification totals, with plenty of encouragement from teammates and the crowd.

Men’s Session:
From first-timers to experienced lifters, the men’s groups brought energy, good vibes, and a strong sense of camaraderie. It was less about chasing medals and more about gaining experience, enjoying the friendly competition, and feeling the support of the entire room.

💬 Final Words:
The Ealing Summer Open wasn’t just a weightlifting competition – it was a family day for lifters, coaches, volunteers, and spectators. Every lift, cheer, and handshake showed the power of community sport.
