:::: GOECHA LA - To Experience The Ultimate ::::

Initially my plan was something else. Yes, at first i thought to revisit Sandakphu. Fortunately I came across a dude (Sumit Sarkar) who told me that his friends were going to Goecha la, so if i wanted to join, I might join them. At that moment, It didn't take me time to said Yes. so, I said him that I would go. Then I met our team members Subhadeep da, Moumita Di and Sagnik Da. I was the youngest of our group. I did few treks before it so, i was not nervous too much. I was excited. It feels really great to walk in a lush green forest, walk on snowfields, watching the sunrise over mighty snow caped peaks of himalaya, sleep under billion dollar stars, witnessing the milky way etc. Anyway Goecha la was not easy at all. It was really challenging but the views were breathtaking equally. We trekked approx 90 km, we spent 8 days without cellphone network, we drenched into rainfall, we walked in blizzards, we stayed at -10°C, we saw lightening, we gazed at milky way and we finally we witnessed the magical sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjungha and it's neighbour peaks. Truly, It's not just a trekking or hiking, It's a part of my life.

Goechala is a mountain pass which is situated at an altitude of 4940m above the sea level in west sikkim. The place is absolutely spectacular when it comes to witnessing the beauties of towering mountains laden with snow and ice, and promises to offer a very serene and fulfilling experience to trekkers and casual visitors alike. The mountain pass has such a beautiful location in the mighty Himalayan range, which is effectively serves as a keyhole to those who want to gaze at Mount Kanchenjunga, Mt. Pandim, Mt. Kabru and many more.

NB: It was really hard to record video while trekking with heavy rucksacks at such an altitude. Somehow I managed to do it. I tried whatever i could do best there. So, if you don't like the camera shots or something else, please don't mind. I will try to do better in future for sure. critiques are welcome.
