Create an Onion Chart

How to create an onion chart or a stacked Venn diagram. It's basically a series of circles or ovals (depending on how it's skewed). Even though this is shown in Excel these steps are actually transferrable to other Microsoft products like Word or PowerPoint. So it's more of a design process instead of entering numerical values for sizing. However the labels can be taken from a small table in Excel.
