Nagsagawa ng Oplan Sita ang Municipal Police Station ng Sta Rosa, Nueva Ecija sa mga motorcycle rider na nakasanayan nang hindi nagsusuot ng helmet.

Layon ng operasyon na mapaalalahanan at mabawasan ang naitatalang aksidente bunsod ng hindi pagsunod sa naturang batas.
