2 tomato
5 dry red chilli
5-6 cashews
3 tbsp oil
1 bayleaf
1 inch piece of cinnamon
1 star anise
1 cardamom
2 cloves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 cup fine chopped onion
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 and 1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp coriandar powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry fenugreek leaf
500 gram mutton liver
