Import Store Credit: Loop Returns offers store credit as an alternative to an initial payment method refund.
Exchanges: flag NetSuite Return Authorizations as Exchanges when a customer opts for a one-to-one exchange of the initial purchase.
Advanced Exchanges: enable exchanges for variants on the initial purchase, or a new product altogether.
Shop Now: to avoid the wait for exchange approval, customers can opt for an instant exchange. A hold is placed on a customer’s card, and the exchange order is created immediately.
