Join me as I share day by day my experience as a carnivore eating 80% fat and 20% protein.
To date I have barely kept track of calories or macros. I usually consume in excess of 3000 calories a day, and yes I’ve been loosing weight.
I certainly have been nowhere near 80% fat, I’ve been significantly less with a much higher protein ratio.

I recently have noticed I am loosing weight incredibly slowly and am mostly in a stall. Which I don’t like. This stall I have noticed not only with weight loss but also with the health issues I am addressing. So I decided change is needed.

I still feel carnivore is the right way to eat for me, and so I am tweaking, like someone would tweak a vegan diet. (Cough, did she say vegan) yes I did!

What exactly am I changing?
I am going back to predominately beef. (Red meat)
I am decreasing intake of protein.
I am increasing intake of fat.
I am aiming for 80/20 fat to protein ratio daily.
I am aiming for 2500 calories per day.
I am not consuming dairy or tea.
