My second try in filming the making of a Cappuccino or Flat White, at home. Machine is a Quickmill 0820 Stretta, which basically is the same as the Orione 3000, only smaller and less shiny, or more retro :-)
The grinder is a Eureka Mignon MCI. I have that setup now for a few month and I'm still learning as you can see in the video...
