Have you tried Pupusas before?? They originate from Salvador and it is fire. Corn Masa filled with bean and cheese, chicharron and cheese, or anything you want to add with a vinegary slaw called curtido with their mild tomato bases salsa makes each bite a flavor bomb in your mouth. I was a bit worried because this student is from Salvador so I needed to impress!! I decided to make the bean and cheese pupusas but decided to also make a fusion korean version with sweet spicy pork and kimchi filling with cheese. I think the pork, kimchi and cheese filling is money!! The sweet pork with the spicy vinegary slaw and the tomato salsa mixes so well together.

Ingredients:
Masa (Maseca)
Water
Salt
Bean
Cheese

Slaw:
Cabbage
carrots
serrano peppers
apple cider vinegar
water
sugar

Salsa:
tomatoes
onions
serrano
salt/pepper
