This the BEST chocolate chip cookie I've ever made! They're soft on in the inside and the right amount of sweet and super chocolaty!
Here's how to make them
This recipe uses gram measurements which results in a foolproof recipe.

INGREDIENTS makes 8-10 cookies
100g unsalted butter
80g brown sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg
splash of vanilla
160g flour
3g baking powder
100g chocolate ( i used a mixture of dark and milk chocolate)

METHOD
•mix the butter,sugar and salt until well combined
•beat an egg and pour into the butter mixture along w some vanilla and mix
•add the flour and baking powder and fold until it becomes a dough
•chop the chocolate into small chunks and fold them into the batter
•cover and refrigerate for at lest an hour
•scoop some batter with a spoon or an ice cream scoop and form balls of cookie dough
( this recipe makes approximately 8-10 cookies)
•place them in a parchment sheet lined baking sheet
•Bake 180℃/356°F for 14 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven
•let them cool for a while and don’t touch them immediately as they are still soft!
