The scene is set in the town of Oakvale. for the time being, everything seems fine and well. After the player saves up enough gold coins, they can buy their sister Theresa a birthday present. However, it's at this moment that raiders lay waste to the town. Everyone is dead and the player ends up getting saved by someone named Maze. Maze is the head of the guild of Heroes. He brings you to the guild hall where you then start your new life. through the help of Thunder, Whisper and the Guild Master, the player passes all of their trials. Getting thrown out into the world of Albion, you perform tasks that test the forces of good and evil. Will you help the citizens of Albion or work against them?
