Epic BANGKOK THAI FOOD - Gigantic Crab Fried Rice

Today we are going for a doozy of a Thai food tour. When you think of food in Thailand things like spicy, salty, sweet, sour and umami come to mind. Well imagine all of that and then add a ton of crab into the mix. Now you are in Thai food heaven.

I kick off this tour Here Hai (https://maps.app.goo.gl/7dGa5MMYPcT9x...) a Bib Gourmand Michelin rated restaurant in Ekkamai. This is one of the few times that a Michelin rated restaurant has lived up to the hype for me. And it is insanely delicious

After finishing off a Thai crab feast, I head over to Heng Hoitod Chawlae (https://maps.app.goo.gl/tbNicaCe98wZQ...) for their version of hoithod. A delicious oyster pancakes/omelette that I would eat eleventy billion times before ever touching a pad thai.

And then a finish off a lesser know hidden gem in Ekkamai called Hom Duan (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Dyt9E9Cu2aqsc.... This hidden gem is going to become very well know, so get your spot while you still can. They focus on Northern Thai food and they are killing it.
