Bluebeam Revu - Quickly Create a Request For Information (RFI)

Описание к видео Bluebeam Revu - Quickly Create a Request For Information (RFI)

If you liked this content and are looking for professional Bluebeam training, check out my list of digital courses https://uchapter2.com/bluebeam-on-dem...

I want to quickly walk you through the steps to create and track a Request For Information (RFI) in Bluebeam Revu. Using the Snapshot tool we can quickly grab a screenshot of the affected area of the drawing saving it directly to our Clipboard. Then just like pasting anything else from the Clipboard, we can Paste the image to our RFI form document. I keep my form in my "Templates" and have added a blank page so I always have a place to paste images. Electronic forms are easy to create and use in Bluebeam Revu and can be saved into the project folder on a network or a Bluebeam Studio Project. In the video, I also show how to place a custom Delta symbol and hyperlink the RFI form directly to the symbol in the drawing for quick reference to all stakeholders.
