1 cup of celery
1 1/2 tablespoons of onion powder

2 Bay leaves
1 teaspoon of thyme or 2 fresh sprigs
8 Cups of chicken broth
Salt and Pepper to taste after cooking.
Thin with water, if too thick
Or if too thin, just continue to cook
